IMPACT offers athletes an opportunity to experience the excitement of All-Stars without the time commitment, financial obligation and rigorous training schedule, while emphasizing fun, skill acquisition and teamwork.
IMPACT is the perfect stepping stone for athletes into Express All-Star competitive program, preparation for school cheer or for an athlete that loves cheerleading and doesn’t have the time to commit to a full season.
Each athlete will be placed on a team, perform an exhibition at Express Fest and compete at local events during our season.

Express offers young athletes an opportunity to experience the excitement of All-Stars while emphasizing fun, skill acquisition and teamwork. IMPACT Elite Plus is the perfect stepping stone for athletes into the “full blown” Express All-Star competitive program.
Practice sessions are once a week for 2 hours. IMPACT Elite Plus will travel to out-of-town competitions and events.

The IMPACT Half-Year program runs from December through April.
