Welcome to the Express Family! We are thrilled to have you join our prestigious program as we celebrate our 23rd season of training champions. With over two decades of experience, Express has established itself as one of the most innovative cheer programs in North Texas and beyond. Our commitment to excellence is unwavering, and we are dedicated to helping your athletes enhance their skills and reach their athletic potential. But our mission goes beyond that – we aim to instill important life lessons such as commitment, hard work, integrity, leadership, self-confidence, positive attitude, and a genuine love for the sport.
Express offers three competitive team experiences, each one tailored to meet the different needs of our athletes and their families. IMPACT Elite PLUS – is our full year program with focus on prep and competitive novice divisions. We have our popular IMPACT Half Year program – designed for entry level athletes who want to explore the sport with all of the fun and excitement. And our re-designed Elite All Star program – AFS (After Football Season). AFS is designed for the seasoned athlete who loves cheerleading but is looking for that balance with school activities and other outside interest. Our program offers teams based on age and skill level. We organize our teams into age groups, including Tiny, Mini, Youth, Junior, and Senior divisions, determined by birth year. Athletes aged 3 and up are welcome to join. Explore our various programs to find the perfect fit for your family and athlete, considering their specific needs and schedules.

Express Cheer offers a diverse range of competitive cheer programs designed to cater to different skill levels and aspirations. Each program has its unique characteristics and training focuses, but they all share a common goal: Training Champions and Changing Lives!
IMPACT Elite – PLUS

This reimagined program, IMPACT Elite – PLUS was originally our IMPACT – Elite Prep & Novice Program.
The PLUS – this is our only full year program with a high emphasis on perfecting skills to level up to our AFS program. This program offers a more condensed and concentrated practice schedule allowing athletes to focus on leveling up their individual skills without sacrificing the overall All-Star experience.
Our PLUS program offers the best of both Open & United (USASF) Scoring events with the opportunity to compete at NCA All-Star Nationals.
The IMPACT Elite – PLUS program will only offer Prep and Competitive Novice opportunities as defined by the Open Championships & USASF.
Elite All Star – AFS

This redesigned program, Elite All Star – After Football Season was originally our full season Elite All Star program.
It offers a lowered cost and the best of both Open & United (USASF) Scoring events with the opportunity to compete at NCA All-Star Nationals and the All Star World Championship.
This program is specifically designed for our more Elite athletes that have superior technique with Level 2 or higher skills. Tryouts are in mid-November (after football season) and our competitive season starts shortly after. AFS offers the “off season” that everyone has been asking for.
The Elite All Star AFS program will only offer Elite All Star division opportunities as defined by the Open Championships & USASF.
IMPACT Elite – Half Year

Our IMPACT Elite – Half Year program offers athletes an opportunity to experience the excitement of All-Stars without the time commitment, financial obligation or rigorous training schedule, while emphasizing fun, skill acquisition and teamwork.
IMPACT Elite – Half Year is the perfect steppingstone for athletes into our IMPACT Elite – PLUS program, preparation for school cheer or for an athlete that loves cheerleading and doesn’t have the time to commit to a full season.
The IMPACT Half-Year program runs from December through May.
